We try to ship all orders within 3-5 business days from the time we receive them or funds are approved if paying by check. Custom orders need to plan on 10-15 business days.

If you need overnight/next day service, please call and we will do our best to accommodate your order. Overnight/next day orders must be called in no later than 11AM (EST) Mon - Thurs only to have any chance of going out that day.

Shipping Charges: We have no desire to make a profit on our shipping charges. Our shopping cart is set up to charge shipping based upon the weight of the order and uses Priority Mail as the default shipping method. Due to surcharges on shipping rods we have to charge extra for those.

We will contact you if there is an overcharge or undercharge on shipping your order.
